Sales & Acquisitions
As an Agency facility, we are mainly involved in sales and acquisitions in the Yorkshire area and have been involved in a number of off-market transactions, including the acquisition of Barclays Bank at Ilkley and the Ladbrokes retail unit in Northgate, Wakefield. We pride ourselves on a pro-active approach in sales and acquisitions with all our work carried out in accordance with The Estate Agents Act and fees commensurate with the job.
Lettings
We have a number of properties on the books in terms of letting units, whether on a sole or joint agency basis, and take a proactive approach in marketing units in order to obtain the best all round result for the client, and whilst rent is an important feature of this, the other terms of the lease including the covenant strength of the tenant, are important features to bear in mind and one should look at the overall deal to properly advise a client.
