Malcolm Stuart Property Consultants (MSPC) is an independent property practice of Chartered Surveyors providing strategic and valuation advice to businesses and individuals across the North of England.
We are a specialist commercial property practice where the focus is geared to offering professional and relevant advice to the client in order to meet their specific needs and requirements within the agreed timescales.
The practice was originally established by Malcolm Stuart (FRICS IRRV (Hons)), a fellow of the RICS.
Malcolm started his professional career as a trainee within the Valuation Office in Wakefield. He quickly progressed to Senior Valuer rank and eventually left to become Executive Director at Weatherall Green & Smith (now Sanderson Weatherall).
Malcolm has obtained extensive knowledge, qualifications and experience in a wide range of commercial property matters over the past 35 years including:

- Rent Reviews
- Lease Renewals
- Independent Expert Valuations
- Valuation
- Advice on numerous Insolvency situations including several PLC’s.
Malcolm’s son, James, joined MSPC after obtaining a 1st Class honours degree in Estate Management at Northumbria University and then going on to spend a year with an Insolvency firm.
